Course Description:
This course is designed to enable personnel to operate efficiently during an incident or event within the Incident Command System. This course focuses on the management of single resources. This course provides information on ICS organizational structure, initial organizational development at an incident, organizational expansion and contraction, incident action planning process, and transfer of command.

Class is subject to cancellation if a minimum of 12 participants are not registered and in attendance.
